Next Hardware does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes, we will update this page and honor opt-out requests.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. You also have the right to limit use of sensitive personal information and to exercise access, deletion, and correction rights.

How to submit a request

  • Email: privacy@nexthardware.io with the subject line “CCPA/CPRA Request”.
  • Include: your full name, email used on our site, the request type (opt-out of sale/sharing, access, deletion, correction, limit SPI), and whether you are a California resident.
  • Authorized agents: You may use an authorized agent; we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.

We will confirm receipt and respond within statutory timeframes (usually 45 days).

What we do today

  • No sale of personal information.
  • No sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Session/auth cookies only for functionality (no ad-tech cookies).

If we add advertising or new tracking

We will provide clear notice, update our Privacy Policy, and honor opt-outs via this page and footer link. We will also provide consent controls where required.
